As a first time buyer, I had a lot of questions and uncertainties but Rhianna walked me through the entire process and I felt that I was in good hands.  From the beginning, I was interested in a "for sale by owner" home and she didn't steer me away from it.  She just let me know what my options were.  In the end, that was the house I chose, and with the sellers cooperation, Rhianna saw me through all the way to closing.
